A sports camp for boys and girls from the ages of eight to nineteen. The camp boasts a 60 foot indoor lap pool, indoor running track, weight machines, stair masters, treadmills, aerobics floor, low ropes course, four indoor courts, two courts with glass back-boards, climbing wall, three full size playing fields, six outdoor pro courts, high ropes course, Mt. Olympus (40 feet high, four sided) Climbing Tower and beach volleyball courts.

A wilderness canoe tripping and in-camp programs for boys 7 to 15 as well as outdoor leadership experiences for young men 16 to 21 years of age. Enrollment limited to 110 boys and 70 counsellors. The rich in-camp program includes paddling, earthlore, swimming, athletics, arts and ropes-challenge.
